Leadership is much more complex than once thought. Scholars have published over 11,000 works on leadership and each one is unique in its own way. So what is leadership, what does it look like, where does it come from? Perhaps more importatly, how can I best emulate good leadership?

Theory is the basis for learning about complex concepts such as leadership.
