The Leadership Exploration Seminar (LEX), offered each fall semester, is designed to augment and enhance what students learned in the Emerging Leaders Program. LEX focuses on the leadership process, its past, present, and future. This interactive seminar guides participants into the discovery of their own personal leadership style and how best to interact in teams and groups. This course will help you on the way to being the best type of leader.
