The completion of Soar in Four, which we call Graduation, is essential to the success of the program and its participants. Upon graduating from Soar in Four, students are honored at a celebration, receive a certificate of graduation, a leadership transcript, a Soar in Four pin, and entry into the Wentworth Leadership Alumni Association.
