The Emerging Leaders Program (ELP), offered each spring semester, is designed for students with little or no formal leadership training or campus involvement. Students are introduced to the fundamentals of leadership through a series of workshops. These workshop topics allow students to reach potential in all areas of their life, both in and out of the classroom. The goal of the Emerging Leaders Program is to begin to develop transferable skills that lead to academic success, campus involvement, positive professional experiences, and civic engagement.
