The Capstone Leadership Course, the final experience within Soar in Four, is intended only for students who have completed the previous three development experiences.  The Capstone Course is designed to extract all of the skills, experiences, and knowledge students have gained throughout Soar in Four. Capstone encourages the further development of self-reflective and independent leaders.

for the Fall 2007 Semester will be:

Creative Leadership and Change
Leadership vs. Management
Civic-minded leadership
Using what you've learned on the job

A major portion of the Capstone Course will involve the creation of a Boston Leadership Conference for High School Students.
