Below shows our static FEA analysis of the blade shaft.  The max shear stress is similar to what we calculated by hand.   

Below shows the displacement frequency FEA analysis.  The analysis describes the shaft the resident frequency which is 1200Hz, our shaft will only see about 75Hz.

We got our rear wheels motor and gearbox off an electric wheel chair because of the ability to move large loads
