US CITIZENS/PERMANENT RESIDENTS DO NOT NEED TO SUBMIT THIS REQUEST! Your passport/permanent resident card are sufficient!
NSBE’s 36th Annual Convention, taking place in Toronto, Canada will be its FIRST large-scale Convention outside of the United States!
Because the Annual Convention is taking place in Canada, many of our NSBE members must apply for a temporary VISA to enter Canada for this Convention (most non-US citizens). As part of your VISA application, NSBE wants to help! If you would like NSBE to provide a letter of support to be included within your VISA application to the Canadian Embassy, please fill out this survey.
NOTE: All information within this survey will be held in confidence, and will only be available to the Director of Membership to compile the support letter.
NOTE: US Citizens do not need to go through this process. If you have a US Passport, you do not need to submit an event letter.
If you have any questions, send them directly to international@nsbe.org.
Please make sure you have registered and PAID for the Convention before you submit this request.
If you have not, you will not receive an event letter until you have done so.
The cancellation deadline for registrations is March 1, in case you are not granted the VISA and are unable to attend the Convention.
The deadline to submit requests for the Convention VISA Support Letter is February 27, 2010! No exceptions!!
Please apply early and expect to receive the letter within one week of submission.
