Laboratories
Most of the classes students will take will enable them to participate in a number of hands-on laboratory activities, utilizing Wentworth’s state-of-the-art lab facilities.

Lectures, field trips, workshops, etc.
In addition to the introductory classes, students will be provided with regular occasions to experience firsthand the opportunities available to those who pursue the science, technology, engineering, and mathematics fields.

Through close collaboration with local businesses, professionals and industries in these fields, the program will supplement classroom teaching with  field trips meant to introduce students to the practical and industry applications of the subjects being studied.  The goal of these experiences is to provide students with a better sense of the professional opportunities that can be pursued in the STEM fields.
