Emergencies

Wentworth Public Safety 617-989-4444

If, during the office hours of 8:15am-4:45pm, you feel that you need to talk to someone urgently and cannot wait for your scheduled appointment time, or that you are in an emergency situation, you should call the front desk, or walk into the Counseling Center at Watson 003. At all times we have a therapist on-call to deal with this situation and, if needed, a consulting psychiatrist.

During non-office hours we also have an on-call system. If you are having a crisis or feel that you need to talk to someone during a time when the Counseling Center is closed, you should call Public Safety at 617-989-4444, they will be able to locate the on-call clinician for you who can transport you to the ER.
